E- business license( E-license) is broadly used in government works. In recent epidemic period, you may deeply feel how important to own the E-license.

For a company whose legal representative is a Chinese person, it is very easy to get the E-license via Wechat Mini program. However, at present, a company whose legal representative is a foreigner can't  get the E-license via electronic way directly. Such companies must first go to the government center to submit a confirmation form, and then can get E-license via electronic way.

What is the document list when submitting the confirmation form?
1. The confirmation form. It is formulated by the government, the blank form as below for you use.

In the place highlighted in yellow need to be signed by the legal representative of the company. And the place highlighted in green need to be chopped the company's stamp.
2. The company's legal representative passport, copy (chopped the company's stamp)
3. The company's business license, copy(chopped the company's stamp)

Please note that:
1. Don't print the confirmation form on both sides in one page. A sheet of one paper just can print one page.
2. The signature should be signed in black ink pen.
