Q: How to get the E-business license?
R: A company whose legal representative is a Chinese person can apply for the E-business license via Wechat Mini program. If a company's legal representative is a foreigner, the application process is a little difference. The company needs to submit below documents to the government to get a link to download the E-license.
1. Application form. The form is issued by the government. Below is the blank form for your use. Please sign by the legal representative in the place highlighted in yellow. And the place highlighted in green need be sealed by the company's stamp. When you print the form, please first clear the highlighted colors.

2.The legal representative passport, copy. If the passport registered in the government system already expired, please also prepare the new passport, copy. Each need be signed by the legal representative.
3. The company's paper business license, copy with the company's stamp.
Please note that,
All the signature must be signed in a black ink pen, it can not be signed by oliy pen.
Don't print on both sides in one paper, as it may notbe accepted by the government.

If not 100% sure the registered passport number of the company's legal representative in the government, when application for the link, can check with the goverment office.
